Choc Coffee Mascarpone layer cake




IngredientMethod
Sponge Cake:
A
45 g low protein flour
1 1/2 tsp red yeast rice powder
2 3/4 tbsp corn oil
30ml full cream milk
3 egg yolks

B
40g castor sugar
3 egg whites
一般戚风蛋糕做法 。180度烤30分钟
Choc Coffee Mascarpone:
130g Mascarpone cheese
60g sour cream
80g dark chocolate
1 tbsp coffee powder
30ml milk
1. mascarpone & sour cream mix well, set aside.
1. Choc, coffee powder & milk放入大碗里, 用隔水法煮至巧可力溶化并呈光滑状。
2. 把巧克力酱倒入mixture 里搅拌均匀即可。
