Orange Sauce

2/3 cup (150g) orange juice
25g sugar
1 tsp cornflour
1/2 tbsp butter
Mix the orange juice, sugar and cornflour and cook until thick, while stirring continously, for about 15 minutes, until a thick, syrupy sauce has formed.

When the sauce is a consistency you like, stir in the butter and simmer the sauce for another 2 or 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, strain the sauce and leave to cool.
