270g Chopped Purple cabbage 150ml water | 1. Wash the purple cabbage, tear into bite sized pieces and discard the center heart. 2. Place the purple cabbage and water in a blender and blitz until it looks smooth. 3. If want to make the purple cabbage juice, press the puree through a fine sieve to remove any purple cabbage puree chunks. *makes appr 390g |
