Purple Cabbage Puree


IngredientMethod
270g Chopped Purple cabbage 
150ml water

1. Wash the purple cabbage, tear into bite sized pieces and discard the center heart. 
2. Place the purple cabbage and water in a blender and blitz until it looks smooth.
3. If want to make the purple cabbage juice, press the puree through a fine sieve to remove any purple cabbage puree chunks. 

*makes appr 390g
