55g sugar
100ml milk
20g corn oil
80g low protein flour
25g wholemeal flour
20g rice flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
2 tsp red yeast powder
0.5-1 tbsp roasted black sesame
1 tsp green tea powder

1. Mix milk, sugar and oil until well.
2. Sift all flour and add into the step 1 and stir until well combined.
3. Reserved 1-1.5 tablespoon of batter.
4. For the remaining batter, mix with the red yeast powder and black sesame until combined.
5. Spoon the red yeast batter into muffin case. Then spray some reserved white batter on top of it and followed by mixed the green tea powder into remaining reserved batter and cover all the surface.
6. Put into steamer and draw a 'x' on top the batter by using a knife that wrap with some veg oil. Steam for 12-15 minutes using food steamer.
