5 passion fruit pulp, appr 195g
100g sugar
1tsp corn starch
1 tbsp lemon juice
*makes appr. 205g of jam |
- Combine the passion fruit pulp, sugar and lemon juice in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
- Continue stirring and boiling until the jam thickens or reaches setting point. Check the setting point every five minutes, although it may take up to half an hour to reach setting point.
- Pour carefully into jars and keep refrigerated.
