黑糖粘米發糕
Ingredient
Method
黑糖105g,
蜂蜜15g,
热水180ml,
粘米粉150g,
低筋麵粉60g,
泡打粉1.5 tsp,
鹽1/2 tsp
1.將黑糖倒入热水中,搅拌至黑糖融化放涼
2.蜂蜜加入混合均勻
3.依序將粘米粉,低筋麵粉,泡打粉及鹽倒入盆中混合均勻
4.使用濾網過篩2次
5.將黑糖漿倒入確實攪拌均勻, 醒置30分鐘
6. 將麵糊攪拌均勻,倒入紙模中約9分滿
7.大火蒸25-35分鐘即可
