Strawberry Truffles




IngredientMethod
70g white chocolate
20g butter
½ – 1 tsp strawberry flavouring
Little bit of red or pink gel food colouring – optional
Icing sugar to coat

*makes appr 7 truffles                                                                                                                                                                                       
1. In a a bowl over boiling water, gently melt the chocolate
and butter till it is all combined.
2. Take off the heat and stir in the strawberry flavouring and food colouring till it is all combined.
3. Cover and chill until firm, about 20 minutes.
4. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a small cookie scoop, shape mixture into 1 or 2-inch balls. Roll truffles between your palms to create a smooth appearance. If desired, roll truffles in icing sugar. Chill until ready to serve.
