Green Kiwifruit Puree

6 Green Kiwifruits
80g sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice                                       
1. Peel the kiwi and chopped into small pieces.
2. Heat kiwi, lemon juice & granulated sugar in a medium saucepan over low-medium heat, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula about 5-7 minutes.
3. Remove from heat. Allow to cool down.
4. To puree kiwifruits, place it in a blender and blitz until it looks smooth.
5. Cover the puree tightly and store for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

*make about 350g puree
