Steamed Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies




Ingredients Methods
Chocolate Brownies:
125g LP flour
120g butter
2 A eggs
120g castor sugar
40g cocoa powder
0.5 tsp coffee powder
100ml warm water
1 tsp vanilla extract

Cheese:
300g cream cheese
1 A egg
60g castor sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp LP flour                                                                                                                            



1. To prepare chocolate cake, Mix well cocoa powder, coffee powder and warm water, set aside
2. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until flurry.
3. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Add vanilla extract and cocoa liquid into mixture and mix well.
5. Add flour and continue mix until well combined. Set aside.
6. To prepare cheese layer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in sugar and continue beat until well combined.
7. Beat egg into cheese batter.
8. Add lemon juice and flour and continue beat until well. Set aside.
9. To assemble, pour half of the chocolate cake batter into 6" cake tin and steam for 10 minutes using food steamer. After that, continue pour half of the cheese batter onto chocolate cake layer and steam for 10 min. Repeat the step for the next two layers. (let the cake cooled before taken out from steamer)
