No Bake Durian Cheesecake

Base : 
50g crushed oreo cookies,
15g butter,


Filling: 
100g cream cheese, 
30g caster sugar,
1 tsp gelatin powder, 
45ml hot water,
75g durian flesh,
60g Tatua sour cream,

1 Base: stir all ingredients until combined. Press mixture into base of 2.5-3 inches glasses/dessert cups.  

2 Filling: Sprinkle gelatin powder into hot water, let stand for 5 minutes until dissolved.

Beat all remaining ingredients through blender/food processor until smooth and blended. Gradually blend in gelatine.

Pour the cheese batter into glass carefully.

5 Chill in fridge for 3-4 hours.

*makes 2 glasses
