Pandan cheese brownies




Ingredients Methods
布朗尼:
100g dark chocolate coin
100g butter
65g light brown sugar
2 B eggs
20ml water/milk
95g AP flour
15g cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder

芝士:

200g cream cheese
50g caster sugar
4ml lemon juice
2 B egg
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp AP flour
30ml santan milk
1 tsp pandan extract
1.5 tsp apito pandan
布朗尼:
1)巧克力&牛奶隔水融化,把所有粉类过筛,混合备用。
2)把牛油及幼糖打发,把稍微打散的蛋液分2次加入拌打均匀

)将融化巧克力加入混匀。

4)最后把粉类倒入拌匀,倒入铺纸烤模,用刮刀抹平。

芝士:
1)把全部芝士材料放入blender 里搅拌均匀。
2把芝士面糊倒在蛋糕面糊上, 烤180C 约30分钟。
