marble cheese brownie






Ingredients Methods
Brownie:
100g butter
90g dark chocolate coin
60g caster sugar
40g light brown sugar
3 A eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
135g AP flour
1tsp baking powder

Cheesecake:
150g cream cheese
50g sugar
1 A egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup chocolate chips                                                                    

1. Melt butter and chocolate in double boil; stir until smooth. Beat in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Combine flour and baking powder; gradually add to chocolate mixture until blended. Spread into a 18x18 cm square pan; set aside.

2. Cheesecake: beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in the sugar, egg, lemon juice and vanilla until smooth. Spoon over brownie batter; cut through batter with a knife to swirl. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake 180C 30-35 minutes.
