麦片蜂蜜发糕






Ingredients Methods
25g Quaker multigrain cereal
55g light brown sugar
135ml soy milk
20ml corn oil
150g AP flour
20g rice flour
3 tbsp @ 45ml honey
1.5 tsp baking powder
1. Sift all flour and set aside.
2. Mix all ingredients and stir until well combined.
3. Spoon the batter into muffin case.
4. Steam for 15 minutes using food steamer.

*Make 5 muffins case
