avocado huat kueh





Ingredients Methods
70g ripped avocado
50g sugar
60ml milk
15ml corn oil
100g low protein flour
10g rice flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1. Put avocado, milk, sugar and oil into blender and blend well.
2. Sift all flour and pour into the step 1 and stir until well combined.
3. Spoon the batter into muffin case.
4. Steam for 15 minutes using food steamer.

*Make 3-4 muffins case
