homemade heavy cream




IngredientMethod
-Whole Milk 130ml

-Butter 30g                         
1 Take the butter and keep at the room temperature and melt them.
2 add the melted butter to the milk .
3 Whisk them using a beater or a mixer grinder .
4 Continue to whisk until they get little thick and frothy .
5 Now refrigerate the contents and use as required . Take out the required cream out when needed from the refrigerator  and give a whisk before using them .
