黑芝麻发糕 black sesame huat kueh
Ingredient
Method
自发面粉 self raising flour 45g
粘米粉 rice flour 40g
黑芝麻粉(烤)black sesame powder (toasted) 15g
细糖 castor sugar 30g
牛奶 milk 75ml
corn oil 1 tbsp
1。细糖加入温水中拌匀,再与所有材料混合拌匀即可。
2。大火蒸12分钟。
