Homemade buttermilk




IngredientMethod
250ml full cream milk (or heavy cream)
1 tablespoon lemon juice or white vinegar
1. Measure 1 cup of milk. Stir in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or white vinegar.
2. Let the mixture stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. When it is ready, the milk will be slightly thickened and begin to curdle.
