Salted Egg Butter Cheese Prawns




IngredientMethod
600g prawns
30g shredded cheddar cheese
6pc of cheddar slice sandwich
60g butter
6-7tbsp salted egg powder
1cup milk
1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2tbsp chopped ginger
1-2 curry leaf



Seasoning:
15-20g sugar


1. Heat the pan over medium heat, add veg oil and put the prawns and fry until both side slightly cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
2. Prepare sauce: Heat up 1.5 tbsp cooking oil, saute chopped garlic and ginger until fragrant.
3. Add the butter and curry leaf cook until melted.
4. At the medium low heat, add salted egg powder and keep stirring until combined (alot bubbles will appear at this time).
5. Add the milk and stir well.
6. Pour the cheese and keep stirring until all melted.
7. Add the prawn and seasoning and cook for 2-3min. Remove and served.
