紫署蒸松糕

2粒A蛋
90g castor sugar
70g purple sweet potato puree
45g AP flour
1. 鸡蛋与糖一起打至变白和2/3 倍打,直到面糊纹路不会马上消失。
2. 把面粉加入紫署泥和面糊,用打蛋器低速搅拌或刮刀翻拌成均匀面糊。
3.把面糊倒入纸杯里, 放入food steamer中和上层, 开个小逢, 篜15分钟即可。
