紫薯发糕



Ingredients Methods
125g steamed purple sweet potato, mashed
1 A egg
100g sugar
120ml milk santan
30g corn oil
180g low protein flour
20g rice flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1. Mix well mashed purple sweet potato, egg, sugar, milk and oil in a bowl.
2. Sift all flour and pour into the step 1 and stir until well combined.
3. Spoon the batter into muffin case.
4. Steam for 15 minutes using food steamer.

*Make 8 muffins case
