125g steamed purple sweet potato, mashed 1 A egg 100g sugar 120ml milk santan 30g corn oil 180g low protein flour 20g rice flour 1.5 tsp baking powder | 1. Mix well mashed purple sweet potato, egg, sugar, milk and oil in a bowl. 2. Sift all flour and pour into the step 1 and stir until well combined. 3. Spoon the batter into muffin case. 4. Steam for 15 minutes using food steamer. *Make 8 muffins case |
