班兰鸡蛋糕

3粒A蛋
200g castor sugar
0.5-1 tsp apito pandan
135g AP flour
1. 鸡蛋与糖一起打发后再加入班兰酱继续打至变白和2/3 倍打,直到面糊纹路不会马上消失。
2. 把面粉加入面糊,用打蛋器低速搅拌成均匀面糊。
3.把面糊倒入纸杯里, 放入food steamer中和上层, 开个小逢, 篜15分钟即可。
