Homemade Spaghetti




IngredientMethod
1/2 package spaghetti
4 fresh tomatoes
7 cherry tomatoes
150g minced pork
10 shrimp
1 egg, beaten
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2-3 pcs mushroom, sliced
1/2 carrot, chopped
6 tbsp tomato sauce+ 3 tbsp water
2 tbsp veg oil
grated parmesan cheese
Shredder mozzarella cheese
1 tsp salt
3 tsp sugar
pinch of  pepper
pinch of black pepper
pinch of  brasil leave
                                                                                                       
1. Cook/steam tomatoes, peek skin (optional) and mashed it.
2. Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
3. Heat the oil in the large saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic, carrots and cook, stirring occasionally until soft.
4. Add the minced pork, egg, sugar, salt and pepper and cook, breaking up the egg and minced pork.
5. Add the mushroom, mashed tomatoes, tomato sauce + water, shrimp and stirring about 3 minutes. Pour the sauce over the pasta. Sprinkle with basil leave and mozzarella cheese and steam for 5 minutes.
6. Serve the pasta with sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese.

* serve 3 people
