| Ingredient | Method |
| 100g cream cheese 1 1/2 tbsp oreo mashed cookies 30g sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 1/2 tbsp corn starch 1 banana, mashed 30ml milk 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 pkg oreo cookies | 1. Base: add oreo cookies into cake tin.
2. fiiling: beat cream cheese, sugar until smooth. Beat in egg until well combined.
3. then beat in the remaining ingredients until blended.
4. Pour filling into prepared tin. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes.
5. remove from heat and leave to cool.
