胡萝卜磅蛋糕




IngredientMethod
preparation (blend):
250g carrot
165ml water
=230g carrot juice & 140g carrot puree
                      
cake:
200g butter
80g castor sugar
80g light brown sugar
4 B grade eggs
60g carrot puree
50g grated carrot
25ml carrot juice
5ml lemon juice
200g low protein flour
1-1.5 tsp ground cinnamon powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda

1. 将软化的黄油用电动打蛋器搅打呈乳霜状,加入糖继续搅打。
2.搅打至颜色泛白呈蓬松状,分次加入蛋液,每加入一次都要完全搅拌均匀再加下一次。
3.加入lemon juice,再分两次加入罗布汁&粉类。
4. 加入萝卜泥和丝拌匀,把面糊倒入烤盘.
5.45分钟,180C
