绿茶红豆磅蛋糕

150g butter
120g sugar
3 eggs
140g low protein flour
45g white chocolate
10 pinch green tea powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2.5 tbsp cooked red bean
1 tsp honey                                                                              
1. combine cooked red beans with honey and set aside.
2. cream butter with half portion of sugar till light and pale, then add in the remaining sugar and mix well.
3, add in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. fold in the sieved flour in batches till incorporated, then goes with the warm melted white chocolate and red beans, and gently fold in till combined.
5. pour the batter into the prepared pan.
6. bake for 40-45 minutes at 180C.
