Wedges 马铃薯泥

Method
主料:
4 粒 马铃薯
配料:
黑胡椒粉 少许
盐1/2 小匙,
wedges cheese powder 30g +水 45ml
mayonnaise
1。将马铃薯去皮,切块蒸20 分钟至熟透,捞起,使用food processor 或过滤网打压烂成泥状。
2。加入黑胡椒粉和盐搅拌均匀。盛入盘子,备用。
3。将wedges cheese powder和水拌匀,淋在马铃薯上;再将mayonnaise挤在上面即可。
