1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups soya milk (sugar less)
3 tbsp roasted black sesame powder
3 tbsp honey maple
toppings of your choice

1. Mix and divide all the ingredients together in two jars and place in the fridge, preferably overnight or for at least 4 hours.
2. When you are ready to tuck in, remove from the fridge and top with toppings of your choice. The oats can be eaten cold or heated in the microwave for 30-60 seconds. They will also keep in the fridge covered for 2-3 days.
*If you find them dried the next morning you can add some more milk if you like.
