240g ripe banana (I used pisang berangan) 120g sour cream 2 A eggs 100g Veg oil 80-100g caster sugar (Adjust the sugar according to the sweetness level of banana.) 2 tbsp brown sugar 200g LP flour, sifted 1.5 tsp baking powder, sifted 1.5 tsp baking soda, sifted 1 tsp fine salt 1 tsp vanilla extract | 1. Greased two 3.5*7" baking moulds with butter. 2. Preheat oven at 180C. 3. Puree and mash together the banana, vanilla extract, sour cream and eggs together. 4. Mix in sugars, salt and veg oil and stir well using spatula or spoon. 5. Fold in flour mixture in two - three batches. 6. Transfer to baking moulds and bake for 40-50 minutes. |
