135g Florenta flour 130g Pine nuts 90g sunflower seeds 50g Pumpkin seeds 40-50g walnut, cut into small pieces 40-50g pistachio nuts, cut into small pieces 1 tbsp black sesame seed 1 tbsp white sesame seed 1 tsp salt | 1. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl. 2. Pour the mixture on a lined parchment baking tray, spread evenly. 3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the mixture stop bubbling & is golden in color. 4. Immediately slice with a knife/pizza cutter when the nuts are still hot, you have to do this step quick otherwise it will be really difficult to cut them in a nice shape. 5. Let cool completely before removing from the parchment paper. Store in an air tight container. |
