黑芝麻酥饼






IngredientMethod
40g black sesame powder
90g AP flour
60g potato starch
80g icing sugar
20g milk powder
20g beaten egg
90g butter
1/8tsp baking soda
1. In a mixing bowl beat butter, and sugar until light.
2. Add remaining ing and continue to blend together until fully combined.
3. Preheat oven to 170°C.
4. Roll batter into small balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
5. Top some black sesame on top.
6 .Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cookies turn golden brown on the bottom.
7. Place cookies on a cooling rack and rest for at least 5 minutes.
