Mocha French Toast Bake

8 pcs of flaky biscuits, cut into half

1 A eggs
60ml milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teapoons coffee powder
65g dark chocolate coins

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and instant coffee until well-blended.
2. In another bowl, place flaky biscuits.
2. Pour the liquid mixture over the biscuits and stir to coat. Spoon half of the biscuit and liquid mixture into a greased 3×7-inch baking pan. Place the chocolate coins on top and cover with the remaining half of the biscuit mixture.
3. Bake for 25-30 minutes @ 180C, or until the biscuits are no longer doughy on the inside and there is no more liquid. Cool for 10 minutes and serve.
