Melt-in-your-mouth Durian Chocolate

70g dark chocolate coins
1 durian flesh, about 76g
10ml full milk / coconut milk
15g white chocolate, chopped 
1. Microwave the dark chocolate coins and white chocolate for 1-2 minutes in medium heat.
2. Fill and brush the chocolate mould with the melted chocolate. Chill for 3 minutes.
3. Repeat step 2 for another 2-3 times to make sure the skin is thick enough.
4. Using a spoon, press the durian until puree.
5. Add the milk and melted white chocolate into the puree durian and mix to combined.
6. Fill the durian puree into the chocolate mould until 90% full.
7. Dizzle or brush some melted chocolate on the top. Use a scrapper to level the top.
8. Freeze for 1 hour before removing chocolate from mould.
