Green Tea Milk Pudding





IngredientMethod
10g caster sugar
1 tbsp green tea powder
300ml full milk
1 tbsp rice flour
1 1/2 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tsp salt
25ml heavy cream
30g white chocolate, chopped

Topping: black sesame, roasted
1. mix sugar, flours, salt and milk and mix well.
2. Heat over medium heat and stir until thicken. Turn the heat to low.
3. Add chopped chocolate and heavy cream until chocolate melted. Remove from heat.
4. Pour into mug/glass and lets cool in room temperature.
5. Chill for 2-3 hours, sprinkle some black sesame before serve.

*makes 3 glasses
