Chocolate Ice Cream Pudding



IngredientMethod
40g caster sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
360ml full milk
1 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tsp salt
100ml heavy cream, divided use
65g dark chocolate coins,
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Topping: Chocolate rice
1. mix sugar, flours, cocoa, salt, 60ml heavy cream and milk and mix well.
2. Heat over medium heat and stir until thicken. Turn the heat to low.
3. Add chocolate coins and 40ml heavy cream until chocolate melted. Remove from heat.
4. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
5. Pour into mug/glass and lets cool in room temperature.
6. Chill for 2-3 hours, sprinkle some chocolate rice before serve. It taste like an ice-cream
