蒸香蕉蛋糕
Ingredient
Method
3 A eggs
280g Ripped banana, mashed
150g LP flour
2 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp baking soda
80g light brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
80g veg oil
1)将全蛋、盐和糖打发至浓稠, 分次加入类粉
和
香蕉泥,用刀以切拌方式混合均匀。
2)取少许面糊与植物油拌匀,再倒入剩余的面糊以
切拌方式拌匀。
3)倒入2个 6"烤盘上,拍汽,蒸40分钟。
