羊羹(Yōkan)


Azuki Yōkan is a Japanese style thick jelly dessert which made of red bean paste, agar, and sugar.



IngredientMethod
150g sweet red bean paste
150g water
4g agar-agar powder                               
1. Combine water and agar powder in a pot. Bring to boil until all melted.
2. Add red bean paste into it and stir until well combined. Remove from heat and allow to set slightly.
3. Pour into prepared mould and chill for 1 hour until set.
