芒果甘露
Ingredient
Method
熟芒果3颗,切丁,divided use
西米60g,浸软煮熟
椰奶70g
淡奶evo milk 150ml
水 150ml
糖 50g (依照芒果的甜度自调)
1。将一半的芒果丁和椰奶放入blended 里搅至成芒果糊,备用。
2。将淡奶、水和糖中火煮至滚,倒入西米和芒果糊继续煮至2-3分钟即可。
3。盛入碗中,加些适量的芒果丁即可享用。
