Rosette Butter Cookies




Ingredient
Method
250g butter
170g caster sugar
2 A egg yolks
250g AP flour
120g Corn flour
50g custard powder
2 tbsp milk powder

Topping: Red cherries, cut into small pieces

1. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Beat in egg yolks and fold in flour mixture to make a soft dough.
3. Pipe rosettle with dough and top with sliced cherry.
4. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes.
