Almond Florentine Cookies






IngredientMethod
100g Florenta flour
100g Almond sliced USA
90g Pumpkin seeds
90g Sunflower Seeds
1 tbsp black sesame seed
1 tsp salt                                                                                                              
1. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Pour the mixture on a lined parchment baking tray, spread evenly.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the mixture stop bubbling & is golden in color.
4. Immediately slice with a knife/pizza cutter when the nuts are still hot, you have to do this step quick otherwise it will be really difficult to cut them in a nice shape.
5. Let cool completely before removing from the parchment paper.
Store in an air tight container.

* 100克florenta flour 分量可做43-45粒圆形, 一中罐大约可放60-62粒。
* 300克florenta flour 分量可做大约2罐中+1 罐小。
