Salted Egg Yolk Cookies





Ingredient
Method
120g butter
160g Plain Flour
60g Caster Sugar
35g salted egg yolk powder
30g corn flour
10g icing sugar
1/4 tsp Salt

topping:
egg yolk
white sesame seeds


1. Beat butter and caster sugar until light and creamy.
2. Mix the flours and icing sugar and knead until become soft dough form.
3. Divide into small 8-10g each, roll into a ball.
4. place it into to baking tray.
5. Brush egg wash on top and sprinkle some white sesame on top (optional).
7. Bake at preheated oven 160'C for 20-25 mins or until fully cooked.
8. Leave cool before transferring to wire rack
