120g butter 160g Plain Flour 60g Caster Sugar 35g salted egg yolk powder 30g corn flour 10g icing sugar 1/4 tsp Salt topping: egg yolk white sesame seeds |
1. Beat butter and caster sugar until light and creamy.
2. Mix the flours and icing sugar and knead until become soft dough form.
3. Divide into small 8-10g each, roll into a ball.
4. place it into to baking tray.
5. Brush egg wash on top and sprinkle some white sesame on top (optional).
7. Bake at preheated oven 160'C for 20-25 mins or until fully cooked.
8. Leave cool before transferring to wire rack
