Red Dates Pine Nuts Florentine Cookies





IngredientMethod
135g Florenta flour
120g Pine nuts
90g sunflower seeds
90g almond flake
50g Pumpkin seeds
70g red dates (large size), cut into small pieces
1 tbsp black sesame seed
1 tsp salt                                                                                                              
1. Combine all the ingredients except red dates together in a bowl.
2. Spoon 1 tbsp of the mixture on a cupcake wrapped paper case, spread 4-5 pcs of red dates and spread evenly.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes @ 170C, or until the mixture stop bubbling & is golden in color.
4. Let cool slightly before removing from the cupcake paper case.
5. Store in an air tight container.
