6 Mandarin oranges 60g caster sugar 50g butter 40g condensed milk 20g corn flour *Makes appr 485g | 1. Blend mandarin oranges with blender, strain to remove lump. (abt 545g juice). 2. Mix the juice, sugar and corn flour and cook until thick, while stirring continously, for about 10-15 minutes, until a thick, syrupy sauce has formed. When the sauce is a consistency you like, stir in the butter and simmer the sauce for another 2 or 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, strain the sauce and leave to cool. Leftover may store into refrigerator up to 1 week. |
