Mandarin Orange Sauce

6 Mandarin oranges
60g caster sugar
50g butter
40g condensed milk
20g corn flour


*Makes appr 485g                            

1. Blend mandarin oranges with blender, strain to remove lump. (abt 545g juice).
2. Mix the juice, sugar and corn flour and cook until thick, while stirring continously, for about 10-15 minutes, until a thick, syrupy sauce has formed.

When the sauce is a consistency you like, stir in the butter and simmer the sauce for another 2 or 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, strain the sauce and leave to cool.

Leftover may store into refrigerator up to 1 week.
