黑芝麻酥饼





Ingredient
Method
100g roasted black sesame powder
120g Plain Flour
60g icing Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
100-105g cooking oil@ veg oil 



1. combine flours, sugar, black sesame powder, baking soda and salt in a big bowl and mix well. Set aside.
2. Pour veg oil into dry mixture, mix well and firm a soft dough.
3. Divide into small 8-10g each, roll into a ball.
4. place it into to baking tray.
5. Brush egg wash on top and sprinkle some black sesame on top (optional).
7. bake at preheated oven 160'C for 20-25 mins or until fully cooked.
8. leave cool before transferring to wire rack

*Makes 65pcs cookies
