French Toast




IngredientMethod
1/3 of white toast

French Toast mixture:
3 A eggs
20g sugar
150ml milk
1 tbsp butter

topping:
cheese custard filling
Chicken meat floss
Honey maple syrup


                                                                                                                    
1. Once bread is cooled, cut the bread into 2.5-3". Slice into 1" and spread some butter and attached together. Set aside.

2. In a big bowl, add the eggs and sugar and using mixer to beat until breakup. Pour the milk into the egg mixture and continue beat until combined.

3. Soak the bread into the egg mixture and chill for 2.5-3 hours to allow the bread "suck" the egg mixture as much as possible.

4. Heat up a saucepan, add 1tbsp butter and fry the toast with 2 sides.

5. Send to preheated oven 180C and bake for 10minutes to allow inflation. May top with chicken meat floss / cheese and etc.
