柠檬鸡蛋糕

2粒A蛋
80-90g castor sugar
35g
lemon curd glaze
100g AP flour
1. 鸡蛋与糖一起打发后再加入柠檬酱继续打至变白和2/3 倍打,直到面糊纹路不会马上消失。
2. 把面粉加入面糊,用打蛋器低速搅拌成均匀面糊。
3.把面糊倒入纸杯里, 放入food steamer, 篜15分钟即可。
