American Chocolate Chips Cookies





Ingredient
Method
1000g American Chocolate Chip Cookies Mix
100g beaten eggs (appr 2 A eggs)
400g unsalted butter
250g chocolate chips
1 tsp fine salt

Topping: chocolate chips


* if use salted butter then omit salt.
1. Add butter and eggs to dry ingredients and mix until combined, do not over beat.
2. Stir in choc chips.
3. Drop about 1 tablespoon for each cookie onto tray, flatten slightly , top with some chocolate chips and bake for 25-30 mins @ 180C.
4. Cool for 5 mins before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
