Avocado Puree

360g riped avocaodo
10ml lemon juice
90-100ml water

=320 super fine avocado puree                             
Mash the riped avocado until smooth. Then, combine the mashed avocado, lemon juice and water into blended to blend it to become smooth. Next, press the mashed avocado through a fine sieve to remove any large avocado puree chunks.
