Milo Butter Cake

270g SCS salted butter
250g LP flour
1 tsp baking powder
120g caster sugar
5 B eggs
100g milk
90g milo powder
1/2tsp baking soda
1. Sift flour and baking powder .
2. Beat the butter and sugar until creamy, light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing each until fully incorporated.
4. Slowly add the dry ingredients 
5. Add milk and beat on low speed until combined. 
6. Pour the batter into 8" prepared pan, bake @ 160C for 60-80min
