红糖牛油蛋糕




IngredientMethod
250g SCS salted butter
250g LP flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
50g caster sugar
5 B eggs
100g red brown sugar+95g hot milk, dissolved well
1. Sift flour and baking powder .
2. Beat the butter and sugar until creamy, light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing each until fully incorporated.
4. Slowly add the dry ingredients 
5. Add red brown milk mixture and beat on low speed until combined. 
6. Pour the batter into 7" prepared pan, bake @ 160C for 60min
