南瓜饼
Ingredient
Method
200g pumpkin, steam and mashed til puree
40g caster sugar
180g glutinous rice flour
white sesame
1. 將所有材料混合,揉到不黏不沾手成團狀。
2. 分割成小块约35克,搓圆。
3. 裹上白芝麻,再压扁。
4. 平底锅放入少许食用油,两面煎至金黄色鼓起来即可(没用的完可冷藏或冷冻)。
*可做成12粒
